My husband said it was the best sandwich he had ever had, and he was not exaggerating. The thin sliced sourdough paninis comprising each side of the sandwich were a unique and delectable surprise. The richness of the steak was balanced perfectly by the pepperiness of the arugula and sweetness of the caramelized onions. The whole thing was a masterful balance of texture, flavor, and quantity. Incredible , do not walk past this food truck.

I'm a gluten free girl and was so happy to see that you guys had a gf bread option. This sandwich was SERIOUSLY one of the BEST tasting sandwiches I've had in such a long time!!! Warm, gooey and so flavorful! Thank you for making a gf girl so very happy! ????

Best sandwhich in Alaska! Was on death's door hungover as humanly possible. Not only did the hungry deckhand sorted me out, it made me sled better too. 5/5 stars.

Finally was able to try the deckhand sandwich at the state fair-absolutely amazing. I've sent several people to get the sandwich. The peppery flavor of the arugula really added a layer of flavor and the onion jam was a nice little sweet offset

the sandwich was nice and hot,I loved the flavor combination with the pork/sauce and the coleslaw.I honestly hate coleslaw but on the pig pen sandwich I'd eat it anytime!

Best sandwiches in town! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu but there's something about the pig pen that just keeps on bringing me back to order another one. Not to mention the people inside the truck are a class act and make the experience of going memorable every time!
