Named after a seiner I fished on in Southeast Alaska, the Atlas is everything you crave after hard day of fishing, without the meat. Sandwiched in between two grilled cheeses, arugula, mushrooms, green peppers and onions and seasonings from Wild Smoke BBQ make this sandwich full of flavor.
